WHAT COVERAGE DOES CANCELLATION INSURANCE HAVE?

The cancellation insurance offered by the campsite can cover cancellation fees. Its cost amounts to 3.3% of the price of the stay (in accommodation and plot).

Assumptions covered:

  • Death, accident or serious illness and hospitalization of the insured (including Coronavirus), a relative or a relative.
  • Complications of the insured's pregnancy.
  • State of pregnancy in which the stay is contraindicated by its nature
  • Dismissal for economic reasons, termination by mutual agreement of the employment contract.
  • Medical contraindications and reactions caused by vaccines.
  • Depressed state, mental, nervous or mental illness.
  • Serious damage to the vehicle.
  • Getting a job.
  • Theft in facilities for private or professional use.
  • Getting a job.
  • Cancellation or modification of paid vacation.
  • Professional transfer.
  • Denial of tourist visa.
  • Citations: in connection with the process of adopting a child, as a witness member of a jury, for an organ transplant.
  • Natural disasters (according to French law No. 86-600 of July 13, 1986, as amended).
  • Cancellation by one of the people accompanying the insured (maximum 9 people).
  • Separation (marriage or common-law partner).

Cancellation insurance includes a specific extension for COVID-19 that offers coverage in the event of illness, serious illness or cause of death. Please note that cancellation insurance does not cover border closures, health emergencies, quarantine and general confinement, the administrative closure of a campsite or cases of illness during a stay in a country formally advised against by your government.

You agree that the law governing the operation of this service is Spanish. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these provisions shall be the responsibility of the Courts of the consumer. If Customers outside the Spanish state courts competent are those of Menorca.
